My favorite Disney Album

I have made this album lots of ways from the
orginal that I did for Pine Cone Press Publication
and everyone asked for more kits again so I used the
new papers from Pine cone and some stickers from EK
to make this newer version of it.

For this book you need chipboard and cardstock to create
the cover and then you need five pockets from the ellison die.
I put clear acetate inside on the windows so that I can add stickers
and other embellishments.  Pine Cone designed little cards
with this collection that fit perfect in the pockets for journaling
and then you can also mat photos and put them inside.

For all of us with Disney passes this book is great because you
can add lots of photos for a quick trip to remember!!

Thanks for stopping by,

Something different...

They have some new dies out for Sizzix and
i made this teacup out of Basic Grey and
this fun little mini suitcase out of Bo
Bunny yesterday....  They were pretty quick
to put together and fun to give for a gift with
something special inside or maybe candies
or something like that too....  it was really fun!!

The Teacup only takes one piece of paper
and chipboard and then you can decorate it anyway
you would like.  The papers are the new Out of Print
from Basic Grey and it had the perfect flower print for this.

I think I would still like to add some stitching around this
if I did another one and a cute little fold out book inside
but for the first one it's not so bad I think...

You have probably noticed that I don't do white space
pages and am challenged ALOT at this but I tried and
I was pretty happy with it.  I was going to name it something
different but I found this flower that looks like an oyster
and had to rename it my little pearl.... she is still a little
fishy girl and plans to go into biology to train dolphins and
those kinds of mammals...  I hope she makes it :)

Feelin kind of creative these days......

As promised i finished a few of the cards that I am
making out of the new Out of Print by Basic Grey
and really having fun.  The papers are soooo much cuter
in person (photos never do things justice) and it was fun
to use some of the new embossing folders by Sizzix that
just came out that i needed to add to my stash of other
things I don't really need and make some more flowers..
These are so much fun to do!!!

I really liked how this came together with
all the pinks and browns.  Budget couldn't afford
all the pre-made things so I made the flower and
added my own leaves.   Tina says there is some
amazing things coming out at the CHA show for
Spellbinders so I am saving my pennies for that!!

These flowers are from a Sizzix die and are smaller
so it was a great thing to pick up to add to my bigger
flower dies....  I really like how they came out :)

I wanted to make more cards that I didn't have to color
so much so I found some great stamps from Fiskars
that have lots of sayings and are pretty inexpensive and
they work really good for the money....

Thanks for stopping by and I have more to share
so I will have lots more posts coming up soon!

A spring day full of flowers....

Time sure flies when you are scrapping doesn't it? I got
lots done over the weekend and will have lots to post
this week.  I am trying to catch up on photos in my files
and it's really fun just remembering all the fun we had!!

But I have some good knews too.  I did this layout
of my daughter in her new dress she bought and it wasn't
so much the really cute dress but how big her smile was
when she got all dressed up in it for the wedding...  and
I got it on the Basic Grey website too!!  I am so happy :)

I got some of the new out of print last week and have
another layout and some cards and will post those this week!
If you haven't seen it in person it's fantastic and you can do
lots of different things with it and has great goodies that match!!

i made the heart circle with a spellbinders die and
made the spikey looking flowers with my Sizzix die.
The borders are with a Martha Stewart punch.

This is just a little frame that I did for a demo in the
store with Sizzix dies.  They have lots of cute things
and especially flower dies that are really fun to play with!!

This book is by Prima and we were supposed to do
something else but my creative head said to do it
another way and this is how it came out.  The papers
are filled with gorgeous flowers and we had fun misting
all the prima flowers to match with Tattered Angels
sprays.  I could get hooked on all this wonderful
messiness!!  It is fun to spray and use the screens if
you haven't tried them yet!

Well that is all for today......

What a fun surprise....

So I want to thank Julie for reminding me to go on the
Webster's live chat because not only was it just insane
watching all those people leave messages and trying to read
them but I got to hear about Julie's New digital designs and
I got to get a really great deal from Websters.  Last week
in my mail I got this huge box filled with lots and lots of
Webster's papers, flowers, buttons, tags and so much
more and you know i had to sit down and make something cute!!

So my first is this page about my grandma's house

It was fun to mix all these colors together and I even
punched a few to fill in with the ones I got from Websters'.

I love all the postcards and little bits and pieces
that came in the box.  It was fun to mix and match
all the things with stuff I already had to make these
cards.  And they sent some fun things I probably
wouldn't have normally bought so it made it that much
more of a really fantastic thing to get in the mail :)  Loved it!!

Thanks for stopping and checkin out my creations
and have a wonderful day !!!

Lots of New Cards from Whipper Snapper

I had so much fun putting together some fun cards
for the Whipper Snapper Post on the
Best Creation Blog this week!
We each got lots of stamped images and lots
of paper and cut, colored and inked
to our hearts content!!

I love that you can mix and match all of the papers
and they have so many gorgeous styles to chose from too!

I didn't get a title on this but I am going
to add "Lucky to have a friend like You"
it fits perfect with all the cute shamrocks on it
don't you think!!!

The colors for this card were so pretty and bright
and has so much fun glitter and shiny things...
it was a great line to mix and match with.

I love snowmen so this is probably my favorite card
with all the pretty snowflakes and the super cute snowman stamp
besides the easel card below with the surfing mouse!

I cut lots of extra leaves to pop out the tree from
where this adorable monkey is hanging from.
He is so very cute too!

Hope you liked all the cards, it was a really fun challenge
for all of us on the Best Creation D.T.

Thanks for stopping by....
Have a great weekend!

Fun New pages

We are busy getting ready for Nicoles graduation this week
but I got in some relaxing time and got to scrap a few new pages for
her book this year.  It was really fun and sad at the same time!!
Today was her last day of High School and she looked really
cute and of course I got a picture to scrap for her book :)

I love the turtles on this and for me it was so awesome
this year at our condo because we had 2 turtles in the tidepools
right in front of us!!  It was so neat :)

Everyone calls the girls Barbies so I had to make this
page about them.  Funny and cute aren't they?
This is from Basic Grey and I really
love the colors and the flowers on it.... it was
really fun to mix all the papers up and layer them.

This was a fun book to make with the
new paper from Creative Imaginations.  I
am an ocean kind of gal too and loved the mermaids
and all the shells and had lots of fun popping up
the flowers and all the other good things I got for it.

Today is the first preview day over at Best Creation
for one of the 3 new paper lines for June and I wanted
to show off a few of them just so you will run over to
the store and buy some on June 15th when they are
released!!  This one is called Splash Fun and it has
lots of water things which I just love-- being the water
person I am :)  I have sooooo many photos I can scrap
with this paper... it should be really fun to get caught up!

This photo is the girls at the river pretending to be
Charlies Angels :)  They are having fun but I love
getting the splashes like slow motion photography!!

This is a card I layered with my Spellbinders dies.
I made the saying on the computer and cut it out and
then I cut a orange scallop and layered that on the
beaded circles so it looks a little like a sun!!

This was just a fun card to layer lots of different pattern on and
I got a little morning light to really catch all the glitter!

Thats all for today....
