this holiday season and wow was it ever fun. Lots and lots of ribbon is the key
and then add fun things that you have in your stash or that you pick up!
My gift boxes I did have a snowflake theme. I found these wooden
snowflake ornaments at a craft store and for one i glittered it up with lots
of silver glitter i had in my stash to match the gorgeous ribbons and then the
other i used plain wood and added some red gingham and white swiss dotted ribbon.

Here is a closeup of the ribbons on the box. I used silver ribbon from
the Glitz Christmas Assortment set and then mixed in a little metallic string
in silver and some white swiss dot ribbon too. The bells i found and they
matched perfect too. Since i made the band a slider i can
in silver and some white swiss dot ribbon too. The bells i found and they
matched perfect too. Since i made the band a slider i can
easily slide it off and fill it with lots of goodies to give for my special friend.
And here is just another quick idea since it's really still fall. You can make a
quick box and add some fun papers that you embossed then then fill it up
with goodies and tie it with yummy ribbons, leaves and acorns you find
in your yard. It make a simple gift really stunning and i am sure the person
who receives it will feel very special. The ribbon i used is the Sheer with a
satin center and it comes in lots of colors and ties up beautifully.
