UR so Cute page

I love when I get things up in the  SB Gallery and today I get
to share one of my favorite pages on my niece and her cousin.

They had a really fun day together at Disneyland and
both of them got their faces painted and I couldn't have
asked for a cuter picture of the two of them! I love the bright
and cheerful papers and they went perfect with their outfits.

For my page you can see it here in the Spellbinders gallery
and it also has directions and a list of supplies to make it.
All the flowers and doilies I Cut/ Embossed from the dies and it's
great to be able to do custom things whenever I want and
they always match perfect to the project I am doing.

Hope you all are having a really great Monday
and be sure and stop back for more fun inspiration this week!

Stickpin Glitz and Glam Day...

Today I want to share something I had alot of fun doing
this week.  If you don't all know, Spellbinders came out
with these beautiful Media Mixage Stickpins that come in silver and bronze
that you can fill with yummy glitters, metals, beads and anything
else that you might have laying around in your craft rooms.
And i did just that --I raided my old jewelry and got lots of things out
and created all the stickpins that I am going to share with you today.

These are my fancy ones that I did with old pieces of jewelry
and jewelry backings and I added some extra Want2Scrap bling on them.
The top right one I used some of the copper metals and filled it
with sprockets, a key and bits of glitter.

These were fun to do because they have
a new paint that you can paint metals with from Deco Art
called Dazzling Metallics paint in 6 gorgeous metal colors
and I cut/embossed the piece inside the turquoise one and
painted the stickpin and I painted the metal that I cut/embossed inside.
How fun to change the colors right?
The pink one is an old earring and I used pink glitter and glossy accents
that dried really quick.  And the flower I just added on a pin.

These are all the beautiful Media Mixage Metal Embossing
plates that you can use to create paper embossing magic
on metals like the pin up above. They are just gorgeous.

I really love this set.. I mixed bits of jewelry backings
and seed beads and Stickles on some of them.
Pretty much anything I could find around and
it was really, really fun..

These are some of the things that I used. Spellbinders
Media Mixage Foils and Metal Packs that you can buy
with different colors in them and they also carry the tiny
dies that you can use to cut things out to fit in the bezel
stickpins and and the jewelry too.  It makes it really easy.
To fill the extra space under the dies I used the foam dots.

Lots and lots of fun glittery things from my stash.

Here is a photo of all the stickpins together.
My favorite is the big butterfly and I like the little
metal flowers with the circle centers filled with glitter.

Thanks so much for stopping over and be sure and try some of these
fun and easy to do stickpins for your cards and boxes and anything
else that you might want to add something pretty to!!

Hugs and Smiles everyone.. Teresa

Thank you card...

I have had so many things to make this week for classes my
week has really went by quicker than normal.  Lots and lots
of things for DT projects and lots of classes coming up.

So today is just a quick post of a Thank you card I made
with some kraft paper that I had and I used one of the
Spellbinders blossom dies to stamp my little critters from LOTV
with.  The really pretty border edge at the bottom is another
of my favorite dies from the last release called Scalloped Borders Two.
I love them because there are 6 pieces in the set so you can really
mix them up to make some great projects and cards with.

I just used chalks and colored pencils for the pup and the bunny
and I used some flowers and wooden leaves from Prima that I just
got recently.  The thank you stamp is from Fun Stampers Journey
stamps... that is a great set too because it has lots of little
tiny sentiments in the set for pretty much anything you do.

So that's it for today but I have some fun things to share Sat
that I think you will really have fun with!

Have a great day,  Teresa

Momento Luxe Ink card

I just found my favorite new ink and it works amazing.
It is by Tsukineko and is called Momento Luxe.
It has great color and stamps really clear and comes
in lots and lots of colors.  Couldn't get any better than that!

so I went for my walk the other day and the leaves are
starting to fall so it got me all in the mood to do a new fall
card to share today with you.

This one is super quick and all you need for it
is some fall colored papers and flowers. The papers are from Authentique
new fall line called Seasons: Autumn.  I used one of the cream sheets
in the 6x6 pad to emboss with Spellbinders ES-006 So Trendy
and the #4 die in Leafy Squares set to make the backround.
I layered this on pretty pieces of plaid and rusty red printed
cardstock.  I tied a pretty crushed ivory bow and added lots
of pretty fall flowers and leaves to it.

To finish it I Cut/ Embossed a tag from Fancy Framed Tags Two
and I stamped it with the Momento Luxe ink in Rubarb Stalk. Then
I embossed it with clear embossing powder to make it pop. The
stamp I used from an amazing new company that is working
with Spellbinders called Fun Stampers Journey.  If you haven't
tried their stamps be sure and get a few.. They work amazingly good!!

I really love these colors and so love this time of year
with all the pumpkins, apples picking and other fun
things to do everywhere.  Thanks for stopping over and have
a really great day :)

Crafts N Things Flower Necklace

A long time back I got asked to do a necklace with
the new Bezels from Spellbinders in a flower theme
for Crafts N Things Fall Magazine so I created this necklace
in beautiful shades of pinks and antique golds and lots of resin.

I used the matching dies to fit inside the bezels and on the
metal flowers on the sides.  I also added layers of ICE Resin and
bits of glitter and chunky embossing powder in the bezels and wha-la!

You can find the complete supply list and directions in the
Fall Issue of the Crafts N Things magazine and just to
let you all know who havent' tried this kind of thing
it's really easier than it looks and I did have alot of fun making it.

Thanks so much for stopping over,
Hugs... Teresa
