so now for my blog....
"I" have 3 special things to share today.
My first is a layout that I made with some of the pictures
I took at the Disneyland Main Street Parade last year!
It is a fun holiday tradition in our family to spend the day
eating lots of yummy holiday treats and riding the rides and
of course my favorite part is the parade!

I love that I can get photos of all the characters dressed in
their finest Christmas costumes and Santa Claus too
all in one place -and all at one time...
all in one place -and all at one time...
I needed some big poinsettia's to go with this so I got out
some of the printed papers from the new Christmas Collection
and embossed them with red glitter, cut them out
and layered them
and layered them
to mix in with the flowers already on the papers.
I added some extra stickles for sparkle on each of
the flowers and some glittery gold flourishes on each side
of the flowers too! I really love all the glitz, if you have ever
seen the absolutely gorgeous decorations at Disneyland
for the Holiday this paper
for the Holiday this paper
really does it justice with all the sparkles :)
I found this clear transparent snowflake embellishment and it
went perfect in this spot.....
supplies for this page are:
GP 017, 018, 171, 173, 418, 424
and Sand Glitter Cardstock
The base of this cone was supposed to be a
Christmas tree but I got this great idea to make an
Country Angel for the top of my new tree.
All the ruffles are border trimmed paper gathered
and glued to the base. Her arms are rolled paper and
so are her wings behind the netting. I made
her a bouquet of gold butterflies and ribbons.
I would have liked her dress to be fuller but maybe
on the next one I would try something different :)
My last project is just this simple card with cut out
snowflakes from our Winter paper Collection.
This is going to be a hand it to the person card because it
would cost a fortune to mail with all the layers!!
anyway hope you like my projects today and
Your next stop on the hop is over to
and only 3 more to go!! Thanks for hopping over
and good luck to you :)
