Sending a little love

Good morning and happy Tuesday to all of you.  It's my friday working at the castle so that means 2 days of crafting for me and i am so happy to get into my studio to create.

Today i have a card that i made with one of my favorite dies from Becca Feeken called "Ornamental Crest".  It's an incredible detailed die and i went a little shabby chic with the papers for it.  Pink roses are my favorite so this paper really inspired me to make it vintage looking with the subtle ivory and pinks.

And the stamp is by Penny Black.  She has some really beautiful sentiment stamps out now and I picked up the pretty dark rose for the color with Versafine ink so the sentiment would be nice and clear.  And the ribbons i kept simple with a matching ivory seam binding and tied it in a simple bow.

Papers: Graphic 45
Bling: Want 2 Scrap

Thank you so much for stopping in and be sure and check out all the other girls on the blog this week for their creative shares with Becca's dies.

  1. This looks lacy all layered up with this die! TOTALLY LOVELY!!! The papers & the sentiment just add to the LOVELINESS of this! Something I would be honored to receive in the mail, for sure! ;)

  2. The doe cut looks so different tone-on-tone when applied to the box versus on the dividercsrds. Thanks for the inspiration.

  3. Beautiful card that layers perfectly. Thanks for the inspiration.
